An inspiring true story. Seretse Khama is a Prince of Bechuanaland (now Botswana) who, in 1948, falls in love with London-based office worker Ruth Williams.  Their inter-racial relationship is not approved of by their loved ones nor the British and South African governments. Together, Seretse and Ruth have to defy family, apartheid and the might of the British empire. Starring David Oyelowo, who played Martin Luther King in ‘Selma’ and Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl). Cast also includes Nicholas Lyndhurst (Only Fools and Horses), Laura Carmichael (Lady Edith in Downton Abbey) and Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter).
